Terms and conditions of Shipping Policy

(Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time) All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after processed. Orders are not guaranteed shipment or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Arrival of products may vary due to where the customer is located as compared to shipment facility. We also like to afford for any delays connected to COVID-19 delays in shipment and fulfilling orders.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes- Hello I'm Grieving is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will vary depending on customer location. Shipping costs will be applied at check out and will be paid by the customer.

Please note some products may not be available depending on your region. Different shipping fees will also be applied based upon where the customer is located worldwide. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
